I didn’t get it

Well, you guys didn’t fulfill my order. Either my skis vanished in the mail, or you guys forgot to send them and didn’t want to admit it. 4 stars for being nice on the phone and sending me a second pair. I’m still pretty annoyed that I spent $50 in shipping for this

As promised

Purchase was simple and delivery was timely. Goods as promised. Have not skied them yet.

Skis

Greatly appreciate the skills that I received. I would give a five star, but the only reason for the four stars was the follow up after purchase. It took two weeks to get the skis, finally sent out to me when numerous people in the shop said it was going to be sent after multiple calls. Finally found out the lack of shipping boxes was the cause and Peter/ manager took care. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Just wish they were a little bit more forthcoming with the delay. Def would continue to order supplies and recommend to friends.
