Returns and Refund Policy

Returns 
Switchback Sports has a 30-day return policy for new full priced items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is requires for all returns and exchanges. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approve your purchase will be refunded to the credit card charged or the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds being issued to a debit card or credit card are processed as a credit charge. This process can take 5-7 business days. If you do not see your refund, first contact your bank, they can often see a started refund even if the process has not been completed. If it has been more than 5-7 days you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@switchbacksports.com

Sale items 
*All sales purchases are final sale. Visit our shop if you would like to try on products in person. We would strongly urge our customers to have tried on ski boots before purchasing them online. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@switchbacksports.com send your item to: Switchback Sports, 1245 Deer Valley Dr, Park City UT 84060, United States.

For eligible returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, return shipping costs will be subtracted from the total refund issued.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
