What Our Customers Are Saying

★★★★★
Wow, could not have been happier. Our ski boots broke the first day of vacation and the shop at the resort was closed, and I’m glad it was. Switchback Sports was open Sunday evening, and took great care of us. We got a new set of boots, they actually feel better than the other pair. Helped us set up the skis and bindings, just super helpful. And all at a terrific price, no upsell, no pressure. Highly recommend!

★★★★★
Every time we are in Park City, one of our first stops is Switchback Sports. Be it quality sports wear, ski supplies or rentals, Switchback has it all. While the quality of their merchandise is exceptional, what really sets them part is the helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff that treats every customer like they are the most important person to walk through their doors.

★★★★★
Huge thanks to Switchback Sports for graciously straightened my derailleur hanger quickly and wouldn’t even charge me for it. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about keeping me rolling. Amazing service and a great example of why local bike shops matter. Highly recommend if you’re riding in Park City

★★★★★
Extremely positive experience with Jake with the mustache doing heat molding to my new boots. He knew everything and more about boots and made me feel a lot better after being worried I purchased too small of boots. Also all around was a really enjoyable as a person to interact with. Thanks, Jake. Cheers.

★★★★★
We had an amazing experience at Switchback thanks to Jake. He took the time to really understand what our family needed and patiently walked us through different ski options until we found the perfect fit. We never felt rushed, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our purchase. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Switchback.
